Raclette Update

Hello everyone! I had a number of people ask me what we made with the Raclette, how to utilize it, etc. So here are a few picture's and descriptions of the little dishes we made. Each tray is really a small plate (only 1-2 bites), that's the fun in it. You set out a ton of different condiments, veggies, meats etc and the combinations are limitless. So use this as a guideline versus exact and create your own new masterpieces!

Tomato slices, capers, mozarella cheese balls (mini) & salt. Can also add Balsamic Vinegar, Italian Dressing, etc. 

Egg with Kimchi
Brussel Sprouts, pickled red onions, Sriracha Hot Sauce
Party Weenie's with Jam Stand's Raspberry Jalapeno Jam

On the grill top part, we've done cubed meat, bacon wrapped jalapeno's. Here we did sliced Honey Ham with bread cheese, asparagus and rolls.
